It is typically a 2-5 minute discussion, centred around prepared material. Best practice is to have a single sheet prepared on a topic, for example, a power point slide. It is recommended to start every meeting with a safety moment. Safety moments are considered a key component of best practices in ensuring everyone goes home safely.
